Job Description

I’m delighted to be partnering with a highly respected global professional services firm to recruit an Assistant Manager or Manager within its employment tax team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tax professional looking to step into a client-facing, advisory-focused role within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on employment tax issues including PAYE, NIC, IR35, and employment status.
  • Support the design and implementation of tax-efficient reward and benefits strategies.
  • Manage compliance risks and year-end reporting obligations.
  • Conduct employment tax reviews (e.g. due diligence, health checks).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives.

The successful candidate will ideally hold a professional tax or accounting qualification and have a solid grounding in UK employment tax within a professional services environment. Individuals with in-house experience however will also be considered.
