Are you a dynamic, talented, people-focused HR Business Partner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment?
Pilgrim\’s Europe is seeking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Central team in our new state-of-the-art Uxbridge offices.
The HR Business Partner is a credible and proactive member of the Central HR Team, responsible for delivering the HR plan. The HRBP will align with the Group Strategic HR Plan, implementing policies and procedures within their area of responsibility.
Provide leadership and guidance to the wider central HR team, ensuring clarity of their roles in enabling the central functions to achieve their business goals, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding results.
- A passion for HR excellence, demonstrated by a proven track record in a previous organization.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR Manager level experience within a similar industry or a proven comparable HR record capable of delivering in the HRBP role.
- A proven record of improving functional efficiencies through managing costs and people development.
- Experience in organizational change and restructuring to meet business needs, customer demands, and continuous improvement goals.
- Good commercial and financial acumen.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
