Our client is a leading global supplier delivering ERP solutions, they are constantly evolving and there is always an opportunity for career and personal progression. As an ERP Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, asses their existing processes and help to implement or optimise ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
- Looking after a variety of projects, for the delivery of quality implementations and service days
- Ensuring best possible solutions for all clients
- Deliver quality training courses
- Import SQL databases, manipulate data within SQL tools and scripting
- Create user guides and process documentation
- Ensure all project issues are escalated and be able to provide technical, management guidance and application for clients
- Liaise with and assist other departments
- Maximise any revenue opportunities discovered on-site
Skills:
- Experienced in client management within an ERP consultant role
- Knowledge of a tier 2 ERP product
- Confident at delivering training and product knowledge
- Use of process mapping tools
- Self-motivated
- Strong rapport building skills with clients and internal teams
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SYSPRO would be ideal
- SQL Server scripting experience and data manipulation would be advantageous
