️ Maintenance Engineer – Electrical Bias West Glamorgan | Β£43,000 per annum 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights (12-hour shifts) Permanent Position | FMCG Sector Are you an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable role with a leading manufacturing company? Do you want to join a supportive team where your skills are valued and your career can grow? We\’re currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a well-established manufacturing site in West Glamorgan. This is a permanent position working a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern (days & nights), offering a competitive salary of Β£43,000 and opportunities for professional development. The Role: Conduct both planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults on machinery and equipment Carry out routine inspections and ensure equipment is running efficiently Work closely with the production and engineering teams to minimize downtime Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and maintenance procedures ⚑ About You: Electrically biased engineer with relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or FMCG environment Strong fault-finding skills on PLCs, motors, drives, and control panels Comfortable working on mechanical aspects as part of a multi-skilled team Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern (days and nights) What\’s in it for you?
