•The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Solicitor to manage a mixed caseload of both respondent and claimant matters. The role also includes supervisory responsibility for a trainee solicitor.
•The appointed locum will advise clients on a wide range of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and TUPE, as well as drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
•Your role will also involve representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, providing strategic HR and employment advice, and conducting negotiations and mediations.
•The firm is seeking a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE and experience working in employment law, handling both respondent and claimant work.
•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
