Salary: Up to £70,000
Location: Flexible UK-wide (London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, or Glasgow) – hybrid, 3 days in office
Join a leading consultancy at the forefront of UK infrastructure delivery. Working across major rail, defence, nuclear, transport, and water projects, you’ll provide early-stage cost and feasibility advice to guide key investment decisions. You’ll work closely with designers, project managers, and client stakeholders, developing robust cost estimates from minimal design information.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ estimating experience in civils
Proven capability in early stage / feasibility estimating
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder skills
Background in consultancy, client-side, or main contractor (if adaptable)
Strong understanding of indirect costs and cost drivers
Nice to Have
Experience across multiple sectors (defence, nuclear, water, rail, aviation)
Knowledge of MEP estimating or multi-disciplinary environments
Familiarity with cost intelligence tools or estimating systems
SC clearance preferred (or eligible to obtain)
