Veterinary Surgeon –Clacton-on-Sea, Essex

Locum – £475/day

Permanent – £65,000 £2,000 Bonus

An established small animal practice in Clacton-on-Sea is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly team—either on a locum or permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-equipped, client-focused environment with the flexibility to suit your lifestyle—whether you\’re looking for a stable permanent position or a consistent weekly locum shift.

Locum Role:

  • 1 day per week – Tuesday or Wednesday
  • £475 per day
  • Hours: 9am–7pm
  • Sole charge
  • Ideally a mix of consults and surgeries

Permanent Role:

  • £65,000 salary (DOE)
  • £2,000 signing bonus
  • 40 hours per week
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays
  • Supportive team, excellent work–life balance
