Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Administrator to manage a mixed portfolio of clients, including key clients. This full-time role involves dealing with all aspects of corporate administration from client take-on to liquidation, ensuring compliance with FATCA and CRS requirements, economic substance, tax returns, annual statements, and statutory work. Attention to detail is crucial, and the role offers opportunities for professional development through both in-house and external training.

Job Duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, administering all aspects of their corporate structures.
  • Ensure compliance with FATCA, CRS, economic substance requirements, and statutory obligations.
  • Prepare and review annual returns, tax returns, and annual statements.
  • Handle client communication by telephone, email, letter, and occasionally face-to-face.
  • Assist with bank payments and preparation of minutes and resolutions, with support from other offices.
  • Work with the review clerk to address points raised during client reviews.
  • Collaborate with management and regulatory experts to ensure compliance and efficient service.
  • Maintain client relationships and liaise with clients and their intermediaries.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Either hold or be studying towards a professional qualification recognised by the JFSC, such as STEP Diploma, ACCA, or ICSA.
  • A strong technical foundation in trust administration with a working knowledge of FATCA, CRS, and economic substance.
  • Experience in administering client portfolios and dealing with tax returns, annual statements, and statutory work.
  • Good understanding of the trust industry and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively and provide high standards of service.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Viewpoint is an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and communication abilities.
