The Roles
Depending on experience, you will have the opportunity to work in compliance, advisory, or a hybrid of both. Key responsibilities may include:
Corporate Tax Compliance:
- Managing and reviewing corporate tax computations and returns for a variety of businesses
- Ensuring clients meet their corporate tax obligations efficiently and accurately
- Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients and resolving tax queries
- Assisting with R&D claims and capital allowances
Corporate Tax Advisory:
- Supporting clients with tax planning, restructuring, and international tax matters
- Advising on M&A transactions, due diligence, and tax-efficient structuring
- Assisting with share schemes, venture capital tax reliefs, and other specialist areas
- Providing tailored advice to help businesses navigate complex tax legislation
What We’re Looking For
- Corporate tax experience within practice (all levels considered)
- CTA-qualified, ACA/ACCA-qualified, or studying towards CTA
- Strong technical knowledge in either compliance, advisory, or both
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team
