Lead D365 Finance Functional Consultant
Hybrid (UK / European Travel)
We’re partnered with a leading international Microsoft consultancy that’s launching a brand-new Microsoft Practice across Europe. Backed by a £5m+ project pipeline and led by some of the most respected names in the Microsoft ecosystem, this is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a high-growth D365 initiative.
We’re now hiring D365 Finance Functional Leads to be a pivotal part of the growth of the team.
This is an opportunity that is more than traditional consulting, you\’ll be designing enterprise-scale D365 Finance solutions that solve real business problems You’ll lead end to end delivery for complex, multi-country implementations, while also defining best practices, delivery methodologies, and reusable frameworks.
Early joiners will be positioned for rapid progression into Architect and Director level roles, with a clear path to influence strategic decisions, lead regional growth, and build out specialist teams. You’ll be part of a leadership succession plan that rewards impact, innovation, and initiative.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep expertise in Microsoft D365 F&SCM – Finance, with a focus on solution design and delivery
- Proven experience leading end-to-end enterprise D365 implementations.
- Strong knowledge of core Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, PL) and their integration points.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, future-proof solutions.
