A leading NI owned business (revenue £150mil+) is seeking a talented and experiencedFinancial Controllerto join its dynamic finance team at a key site inBelfast. The company is currently modernising its finance function, having recently implemented a new ERP system. The next phase involves transforming reporting structures to streamline processes and significantly reduce month-end close times. The incoming Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in driving this change.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day finance function, managing a team of qualified and transactional staff.

Deliver timely monthly reporting, forecasting, and strategic insights.

Collaborate closely with commercial teams to support business growth.

Work directly with the Finance Director and internal stakeholders.

Develop and implement new reporting structures to enhance efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
