As an Event Marketing Conference Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of medium to large-scale events across EMEA.

Your Role:

As anEvent Marketing Conference Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of medium to large-scale events across EMEA.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality conferences, meetings, and events in virtual, hybrid, and live formats.
  • Managing end-to-end logistics including agendas, invitations, supplier coordination, travel and accommodation, visa applications, and compliance.
  • Creating and distributing event schedules using our BTS system.
  • Overseeing project budgets, including pre- and post-event costings.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external corporate clients and investors.
  • Partnering with Marketing Directors, Managers, and business sponsors to deliver events aligned with our Global Markets and Global Banking strategies.

Your Experience and Skills:

  • At least 6 years’ experience in event marketing and conference management, within Financial or Professional Services, or a marketing agency serving the financial sector.
  • Proven expertise in both virtual and in-person event delivery.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid negotiation and analytical capabilities.
  • A good understanding of the EMEA event landscape and trends.
