Dudley College of Technology is one of the most successful further education colleges in the UK, providing a wide range of education and training programmes across the West Midlands. With a Large estate centred on the Dudley and Brierley Hill Learning Quarters, it provides inspirational facilities, in which students can access world-leading technology at the forefront of Further Education. Graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted in our most recent inspection in 2023, success rates for learners, across all programmes, are on or significantly above national benchmarks.
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and inspirational Curriculum Manager who shares our passion for outstanding teaching and learning. You will have a proven track record in delivering high quality teaching and learning to 16-19, T-Levels adult and apprenticeship learners and be employer focused, enhanced with a broader understanding of business in an FE context. An ability to grasp new concepts, skills training needs and challenge traditional approaches to curriculum deliver will be an advantage.
You will be degree qualified in a related discipline and ideally have previous experience of curriculum and people management.
