JOB TITLE: Residential Property Fee Earner
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: South Yorkshire

THE ROLE
The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to supervision. The role will include handling residential sales and purchases, dealing with re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties, managing files efficiently in line with regulatory, compliance and lender requirements whilst maintaining high standards of client care throughout the transaction process and contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner. You will have proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently, possess strong organisational and time‑management skills, demonstrate excellent communication and client care abilities whilst being proactive, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team. Experience using case management systems and familiarity with lender panel requirements is desirable.
