A new client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Design Manager, to commence a new role in Bristol.
Your new company are a leading Chartered Building Consultancy, who specialise in Construction and Project Management.
The role in question will be based on site in Bristol across distressed project, which my client are tasked with completing. The project consists of 152 Apartments, 3 Commercial Units, 4 Roof Terraces, and a basement Car Park of 66 spaces, with a completion date of August 2026.
My client are looking for a Design Manager, who will report into a site based Design Lead and Project Director. They are ideally looking for a candidate that can commence a new role immediately or at short notice. Initially, this will be a 4 month contract, with the possibility of it being extended.
