What You’ll Be Doing * Taking the lead on mechanical building services design – from concept to completion. * Producing practical designs for HVAC, hot & cold water, and drainage/waste systems. * Using Revit MEP / BIM tools to coordinate designs with architects and structural teams. * Supporting tenders with design input, costings, and value engineering ideas. * Solving problems on site – providing technical advice when queries arise. * Collaborating daily with a supportive team of engineers, contractors, and consultants. What We’re Looking For * Experience in mechanical building services design (HVAC, plumbing, waste/drainage). * Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD or other BIM-based tools. * Strong understanding of UK building regulations & CIBSE guidelines. * Ability to communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and colleagues. * A self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team and taking ownership of projects.
