We are looking for a Senior Account Manager or a step up to Account Director to work with a B-Corp purpose-driven brand studio. The team consists of 25 ambitious, diverse professionals who foster a collaborative culture where everyone contributes.
As the new Senior Account Manager or Account Director, you should be a confident, strategic leader with a global mindset and experience managing complex brand projects. Your role includes building relationships, guiding creative teams, and ensuring work is bold, effective, and well-executed. You will be involved in all project phases, from scoping and budgeting to delivery and growth.
What you’ll do:
- Lead client relationships with empathy and strategic insight
- Scope, structure, and manage branding projects from start to finish
- Partner with Strategy and Creative teams to produce standout work
- Mentor junior team members and support business development
- Ensure projects are on track—on time, on budget, and on brief
