Consumer Additions is seeking an AR Assistant to join one of our prestigious clients in the luxury fashion sector. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment focused on high standards and quality.
The position reports to the Finance Manager and plays a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records during a significant growth phase for the brand. Responsibilities include managing daily operations and supporting reporting and audit processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and dispatch client invoices with accuracy and consistency
- Monitor accounts for timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile the AR ledger and allocate payments appropriately
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally
- Maintain records for audits and financial reporting
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks
- Communicate with clients via email and phone maintaining a professional brand tone
- Provide support across the finance team as needed
About You
- At least 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or stock-led businesses
- Proficient in reconciliations and high-volume processing
