Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and provide guidance to Key Account Managers and Junior Key Account Managers, helping them develop skills, knowledge, and strategies for managing key accounts effectively.
- Ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations, surpass client expectations, and maintain high standards of service.
- Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) of key accounts, ensuring financial health and profitability.
- Manage and supervise the daily operational activities of key accounts, aligning with contractual requirements and financial objectives.
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards, including Legionella Control Association guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in mentorship and development of account management teams, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
- Extensive experience and deep understanding of the water and chemical treatment industry.
- Experience in assisting with internal and external audits, including knowledge of standards set by bodies like the Legionella Control Association.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
