About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and organised creative leader to work with a marketing team designing innovative resources for Thrive, the fastest-growing learning tech company in the world.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create captivating animations and motion graphics that align with the brand\’s aesthetics and product.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for webinars, product demos, sales, exhibitions, collateral, website, social media, and videos.
- Develop and coordinate designs for print, merch/swag, and events.
- Design, build, and create pages and assets for the Thrive website using Webflow.
- Use Figma and Adobe Suite to produce high-quality videos showcasing the Thrive Platform and Content.
- Manage and develop our Junior Designers.
- Maintain Thrive\’s brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Interpret briefs, develop storyboards, and use your initiative and creativity to bring ideas to life.
- Create and prepare assets for animation and video.
- Plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Ensure quality and consistency of all content produced.
- Collaborate with Product teams, contribute to UI & UX ideas, and have a deep knowledge of Thrive products.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in video production and/or animation roles.
- A design degree at 2:1 or above (preferably in Design or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro.
- Experience with Figma and Webflow.
- Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent attention to detail, quality, and organisation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Skills in illustration and animation.
- Effective time management and commitment to deadlines.
