Job Opportunity: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Redruth
Salary: £13.68 + per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-time, ASAP
About the Role This full-time position involves working closely with pupils who have additional learning needs, delivering small-group and individual support, and leading lessons during teachers’ PPA time, leadership cover, and training sessions.
You’ll be part of a nurturing, inclusive school environment that prioritises the needs of all learners. The school supports pupils across a wide range of abilities and encourages independence, resilience, and positive engagement.
