Data Scientist – Maidenhead
Hybrid – 3 days a week in the office

We\’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our growing team and help shape data-informed decisions across diverse projects and industries, you\’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, build predictive models, design experiments, and turn raw data into actionable insights. What You’ll Do
- Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover patterns and trends
- Build and fine-tune machine learning models to solve business problems
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to support product and strategy decisions
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high data quality and accessibility
- Design ETL workflows and automate data preparation processes
- Write tests to ensure reliability of models and pipelines
- Work with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables
- Present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Participate in solution design and continuously build domain knowledge
Technical Mentorship
- Peer-review models and mentor junior data scientists
- Stay up to date with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in data science
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years in a data science or analytics role
- Strong background in machine learning, predictive analytics, and experimentation
- Proficient in Python or R (bonus if you know both)
- Solid SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases
- Experience with data visualization tools and AWS is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
