Barker Munro Recruitment is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Claims Executive within a prestigious insurance organisation.

This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial property, liability, and financial lines business, with a focus on providing a high-quality and efficient claims service to clients.

In this position, you will oversee the entire claims process, including investigation, evaluation, and negotiation. The successful candidate will analyse claims data, identify trends, and develop strategies to mitigate risks. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating reports, reducing claim frequency, and enhancing overall claims management processes.

As a Commercial Claims Executive, you will foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, brokers, insurers, loss adjusters/assessors, third-party legal representatives, and industry partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. There will be opportunities to visit clients in the event of a loss, allowing you to investigate the circumstances and build a strong claim that leads to a swift and favourable resolution.

Given your strong commercial claims knowledge, you will offer guidance and mentoring to claims handlers and other junior team members. The company prides itself on a supportive and friendly working environment and offers an excellent range of benefits.

We are looking for candidates with experience in commercial claims handling who can analyse claims data and make informed recommendations for risk mitigation or trend identification.
