We\’re looking for a mid-level Content & SEO Manager to join our marketing team and own the creation of high-performing, high-converting content across channels. This is a strategic role for someone who knows how to turn keywords into business valueânot just traffic.
You donât need to be an SEO technician, but you do need a sharp eye for buyer intent, a structured mindset for content planning, and a love for producing engaging, well-optimized articles, landing pages, and guides that drive results.

Experience
What Youâll Bring
- 5+ years experience in content marketing, ideally for SaaS, e-commerce, or tech
- Proven track record of creating SEO-optimized content that ranks and converts
- Strong editorial instincts and ability to simplify complex topics into engaging formats
- Familiarity with SurferSEO, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, Jasper/ChatGPT
- Understanding of basic CRO principles and on-page UX best practices
- Proactive and analytical mindset with experience hitting growth goals
Tasks
What Youâll Do
Own SEO Content Strategy
- Plan and publish SEO-driven blogs, evergreen guides, and vertical-specific landing pages.
- Use tools like SurferSEO, Ahrefs, Semrush, and ChatGPT to identify keyword opportunities and shape content briefs.
- Update and optimize existing content for on-page SEO (titles, metadata, structure, internal linking).
Drive Performance & Conversions
- Collaborate with sales and demand gen to create lead-gen landing pages that convert.
- Apply CRO best practices (sticky CTAs, popups, scroll triggers) to high-traffic pages.
- Use Hotjar/Crazy Egg and HubSpot attribution to understand funnel performance and iterate content.
Lead Content Execution
- Maintain a consistent publishing cadence of long-form, SEO-optimized content assets.
- Write or manage freelancers to develop guides, listicles, use-case landing pages, and thought leadership.
- Repurpose key content across email, social, and community channels.
Support Brand & Authority Building
- Support backlink-building efforts with 3rd-party blogs, directories, and press.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, structure, and visual standards across all content.
- Track and report on keyword rankings, traffic growth, and content ROI.
