IDEX Consulting is looking to appoint a proven Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant to manage and develop a Private Practice desk focused on the Midlands market (East & West), working with a diverse portfolio of top-tier clients where we have established relationships you can leverage, and where we add real value to growth plans.
Our wider Legal practice has been established for well over a decade and holds an established client portfolio including some of the best firms in the UK, US and European space. As a business growth consultancy, we support clients with talent acquisition and offer a holistic consultant-led approach to growth, including discussions from employer brand to partner exit plans. This approach helps you get closer to the business owners you work with.
Due to significant demand from clients, we are looking to add to our team with the appointment of an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant to focus on the Midlands Private Practice market. The successful individual will ideally have knowledge of the Midlands market, including working relationships with clients in the city, as well as a client-focused approach and a drive to deliver best-in-class service for clients, candidates and colleagues alike.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a Midlands Private Practice desk (East & West Midlands) and leverage existing client relationships.
- Work with a diverse portfolio of top-tier clients to deliver exceptional service and growth.
- Collaborate with the wider Legal practice to align on growth strategies for clients, including employer branding and partner exits where relevant.
- Provide market-leading support to the team, including access to technology, data-driven market knowledge, and development resources.
- Contribute to a high-performing, supportive environment focused on long-term partnerships with clients.
