Private Client Lawyer, Surrey, 2+ Years PQE, £40,000+ (DOE) – We are seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a friendly and well-established team based in Surrey. This is a full-time, office-based role offering high-quality work, a supportive environment, and excellent benefits. JOB REF:0027.
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters including: Wills and probate, Estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and inheritance tax planning and Court of Protection applications
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE in private client work
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent client care and communication abilities
• Organised, self-motivated and capable of managing a busy caseload independently
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a close-knit office environment
