The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are urgently looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our client on an interim contract – starting ASAP.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review, clean, and organise existing HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency ahead of upload.
- Upload employee records, organisational structures, and other HR information into Ceannze.
- Create and run HR reports from Ceannze, ensuring data is accurate, relevant, and presented in a clear, actionable format.
- Work with the HR team to identify reporting needs, select appropriate data sources, and develop user-friendly report templates.
- Build and document HR workflows in Ceannze to streamline processes and improve efficiency (e.g., onboarding, approvals, absence tracking).
- Collaborate with the HR team to verify data, clarify discrepancies, and ensure correct mapping to system fields.
- Identify and flag any data gaps or issues, and help resolve them in collaboration with HR.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all employee information at all times.
It is essential that you have experience using Ceannze.
