Walker Cole International is supporting a rapidly growing international pharmaceutical organisation in the appointment of a Quality Manager to join their expanding UK operations. As the Quality Manager, you will: * Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with GMP and GDP standards. * Work alongside the Qualified Person to support batch review and release activities. * Work closely with Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to uphold quality standards across the business. * Support audits, documentation, and day-to-day quality activities as the UK team continues to grow. The successful candidate will have: * Experience within a GMP or GDP–regulated pharmaceutical environment. * A strong understanding of quality systems, compliance, and regulatory expectations. * A hands-on, adaptable approach suited to a small, collaborative team. * Strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive attitude.
