Guest Service Manager – Almondsbury, Bristol Job Type: Full-time Pay: £12.50 per hour Almondsbury Inn & Lounge has an opportunity for a Guest Service Manager to join the team, we have 57 bedrooms and flexible meeting space. We have an opportunity for a Guest Service Manager to join the team at Almondsbury Inn & Lounge on a Full Time permanent basis. The Guest Service Manager will be responsible for being both pro-active and reactive in ensuring that all of our guests have a memorable experience and leave with a smile. The Role of Guest Service Manager The Guest Service Manager will be responsible for supporting the Manager and Assistant Manager in leading the team to ensure that all standards are maintained, colleagues are trained and working safely at all times whilst delivering that exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. Fantastic organisation, communication, problem solving and an eye for detail are attributes required in the role. The Guest Service Manager will be an experienced Front Office or Rooms operator who can offer a warm welcome, efficient check in/out process, make reservations and lead the team to ensure all processes and procedures are completed in line with company requirements. As Guest Service Manager you will also carry out Duty Management shifts engaging and supporting across the hotel. The role of Guest Service Manager will report to the General Manager and is ideal for someone who has strong demonstratable experience in Front Office. It is a perfect opportunity for someone who would like to take the next step in their career and step into a more senior role or for someone who is looking for a new opportunity in a great team and group.
