Job Description:

As Growth Hub Manager within the Digital Audit Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team and the wider audit practice in delivering on strategic growth initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the audit service line by driving collaboration, innovation and supporting impactful delivery.

You’ll work on exciting projects, engage with senior stakeholders across the firm and our international network, and help coordinate our initiatives that support our digital growth ambitions. This role is ideal for someone looking to work with an innovative team, develop new skills, broaden their network, gain exposure to firm-wide value creation programmes, and make a significant contribution to how we grow and deliver in a digital-first environment.

Main Responsibilities

Bids and tenders

o Coordinate the DAT’s input into bids and tenders

o Collaborate with the central bids team to ensure high-quality, tailored digital messaging

o Proactively seeking opportunities for DAT to be involved and support in opportunities

o Track, report and measure the success of DAT involvement in bids and tenders

o Maintain a library of reusable content and success stories

Gateway to Growth

o Advocate and train to become an expert user of Dynamics, the firm’s new CRM for regular reporting of bids, tenders and opportunities.

o Represent the DAT’s needs and ensure smooth integration of Dynamics

o Coordinate with change champions and sponsoring partners where necessary.

o Monitor and report data from Dynamics, working with our data and infrastructure hub, to aid decision making

o Project manage DAT’s role in the firm-wide CRM implementation

o Support change management, training, and communications from a digital perspective where appropriate

GTIL and International member firms

o Act as the main liaison for the DATs and GTUKs involvement in international digital initiatives

o Coordinate with global stakeholders and track progress of projects

o Support knowledge sharing and collaboration across member firms

Project management of key projects and stakeholders

o Role model a growth mindset, aligned with the firm’s vision for the Digital Audit Team and the wider Audit Practice.

o Manage and coordinate multiple senior stakeholders throughout and across projects.

o Seek and share regular feedback, identifying and acting upon learning and development needs to develop own and others’ technical and personal skills.

o Engage with stakeholders (e.g. DAT members, Audit practice, SLT) to ensure reporting on digital and growth is fit for purpose, creating and delivering added value

o Support the engagement with product owners to ensure the delivery of requirements associated with growth initiatives are fit for purpose.

o Monitor project milestones, providing regular updates to leadership

o Drive collaboration across DAT to ensure Growth is kept at the forefront of the team’s projects.

You will have;

Audit experience at Assistant Manager or Manager level

Excellent organisational and project management skills

Proactive approach and ability to successfully manage own time within a fast-paced team, completing multiple tasks / assignments with potentially competing and changing deadlines.

Ability to seek assistance when needed

Strong communication skills, in particular influencing at senior levels

Strong organisational skills and personal effectiveness with a focus on results

Experience in business development or working on audit bids and tender opportunities (desirable)

A mindset that embraces and champions the use of digital tools and technology in all aspects of work.

Experience presenting to audiences of all levels, both internal teams and external clients.

Experience in analysing data to aid decision making

The active curiosity to seek opportunities to further develop knowledge and broaden your network

A desire to learn and master new systems and processes, such as Azure DevOps.
