Knight Frank is looking to hire an Associate – Rural Asset Property Manager to work collaboratively as part of our high-performance team and deliver unique outcomes for discerning clients.

Role:

Land Management is changing. Be part of a team driven by purpose and values to address some of Land Management’s most complex questions alongside collaborative, adventurous, and curious colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in our leadership team within our dynamic, values-driven rural consultancy in Kent.
  • Help lead clients and colleagues, delivering solutions to complex real-world problems.
  • Lead client relationships, providing the highest level of service through team collaboration.
  • Drive solutions for a rapidly evolving countryside facing change and opportunity.
  • Develop and implement a business development strategy.
  • Explore Land Management opportunities such as regenerative agriculture, ecotourism, community engagement, new business ventures, and nature solutions.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through strong business acumen.
  • Act as a strategist and trusted advisor.
  • Share knowledge within the team and demonstrate thought leadership in the industry.

Key Experience Required:

  • Provide examples of solution-driven results.
  • Demonstrate creativity in managing in-hand and let businesses.
  • Experience with RICS/CAAV is desirable but not essential.
  • Show experience in negotiating creative outcomes from difficult problems.
  • Manage land for various objectives, including food production, diversified business use, private enjoyment, and environmental sustainability.
  • Innovative approaches to developing new business.
