The School and Role
We are looking for a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming primary school in Cramlington, Northumberland. Working as part of a professional and friendly team, the desired Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant will be supporting in Year 1 and will be expected to deliver intervention support and support the whole class. The successful Teaching Assistant will also be expected to deliver some SEND support to mix of pupils two mornings per week. The role would be Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm.
Requirements
The desired Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
