Regional Sales Manager – Point of Care Ultrasound/Medical Capital Equipment, Mountain Ash

  • Location: South Wales, covering Wales, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Bristol, Telford, Walsall, Stoke & Derby
  • Salary & Benefits: £38,000 basic + uncapped commission (£82,500+), car allowance (£6,000/year), VW Transporter Van, phone, laptop, iPad, and other benefits.
  • Product & Customers: Selling Point of Care Ultrasound capital equipment to NHS, private hospitals, surgeons, consultants, and procurement teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell ultrasound Point of Care capital equipment primarily to secondary care environments.
  • Engage with NHS and private hospitals, demonstrating and liaising with surgeons, consultants, and procurement.
  • Prepare customer presentations, tenders, and proposals.
  • Manage both new and existing business in the designated regions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Must have medical capital equipment sales experience, especially high-value sales.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and performance-driven.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills, with proven closing abilities.
  • Experience dealing with procurement levels, NHS trusts, and contracts.
