Due to a number of project wins & Expected Growth Company wide my client is looking for a passionate Associate Director to join their team and drive their strategic goals in client relationships, project delivery, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, team members, and third parties
Enhance reputation and business network
Business Development/Identifying new business opportunities
Lead the bidding, winning, and delivery of projects, ensuring professional standards are upheld
Promote a client-focused, collaborative, and problem-solving culture
Enhance internal operational systems and knowledgebase
Manage staffing requirements across all offices
Direct design processes to achieve excellence in design
Lead tendering processes and manage projects from inception to completion
