Key Responsibilities:
Subcontractor procurement and management
Contract administration and project documentation
Processing payments, invoices, and assisting with valuations
Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in delivering commercial objectives
Key Requirements (Skills & Experience):
Proven experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, ideally within residential construction, housing developments, or main contracting
A recognised qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively within project teams
