In-House Corporate & Commercial Lawyer – Financial Services (Remote working)
A UK company operating within financial services and with a network of offices across the country is seeking a corporate & commercial lawyer for its legal team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements.
- Corporate advisory work including share purchase agreements.
- Supporting key strategic projects and partnerships from a legal perspective.
- Developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Candidates are expected to be qualified lawyers, circa 4 years PQE. Previous corporate/commercial experience within a financial services environment is advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join an expanding business and to gain exposure to a range of interesting legal work. The person can work flexibly on a part-time/remote basis.
