Voids and Cleansing Manager

We have the perfect opportunity for you to join us as our new Voids and Cleansing Manager! First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) have an exciting permanent opportunity for a dynamic, customer-focussed leader to join our Property Care team and lead and manage the delivery of a high-quality voids service. You will spend your time leading the service for voids repairs, re-instatement works, property cleansing and waste removal, with particular regard to ensuring these services meet best working practices, are customer-focussed, and provide value for money to FCHO, ensuring compliance with relevant Health & Safety legislation including CDM.
