The role of Salesforce Administrator is vital to the daily upkeep and improvement of the Salesforce platform, including Field Service Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. You will work closely with the business and alongside the Salesforce Developer, gathering requirements and ensuring solutions benefit all users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.
