The Company:
An exciting opportunity has come about for an experienced individual within the Stafford and surrounding area to join an established and highly regarded Main Contractor who have been delivering a lasting impact on clients.
Our client is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This role involves managing all costs related to building projects, from initial estimates to final accounts. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers and the design team to ensure projects are completed within budget and to the required quality standards.
About You:
• Proven experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £20 million.
• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Reside within commutable distance of Stafford
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor
