The School and Role

We are looking for an Early Years Teacher to work in a friendly primary school in Ferryhill, DL17. Working as part of an established team, the desired Early Years Teacher will be teaching in Nursery. Some of the children have SEND and are working at a lower ability. The role would be Monday to Friday, 8am 4pm as part of a long-term cover. The school has a supportive senior leadership team and can be accessed on public transport.

Requirements

The desired Early Years Teacher will have;

  • Experience of working with primary school aged children
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • QTS within the UK
