Job Title: Concrete Repairer
Location: Maidstone
Salary : Up to £37,000
Job Summary:

A skilled and experienced Concrete Repairer is required to undertake a variety of concrete repair works, ensuring high-quality results in line with industry standards. The role involves repairing defective concrete, performing resin injections, working in confined spaces, and carrying out structural waterproofing and damp-proofing solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in concrete repairs, brickwork restoration, and site surveys, demonstrating expertise in modern repair techniques and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
·Concrete Repairs: Execute effective long-term solutions for repairing defective concrete using high-quality materials and industry-approved techniques to ensure durability and longevity.
·Resin Injection: Carry out resin injection works both above and below ground, applying water-stopping solutions in challenging environments.
·Confined Space Works: Perform high-risk tasks in confined spaces, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
·Structural Waterproofing & Damp Proofing: Implement waterproofing and damp-proofing solutions for below-ground structures, while also identifying and preventing water ingress issues above ground.
·Site Surveys and Concrete Testing: Conduct detailed structural investigations, condition surveys, and concrete testing, working in collaboration with UKAS Accredited Laboratories to provide comprehensive reports.
·Brickwork Repairs: Assess and restore brickwork using advanced repair techniques and materials to maintain structural integrity and aesthetic quality.
·Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all relevant health and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE, risk assessments, and method statements.
Requirements:
·Proven experience in concrete repairs, including crack repairs, surface preparation, and reinforcement techniques.
·Knowledge of resin injection applications for structural and water-stopping purposes.
·Experience working in confined spaces with the appropriate training and certifications.
·Strong understanding of structural waterproofing and damp-proofing solutions.
·Ability to carry out structural inspections and concrete testing with precision and accuracy.
·Experience in brickwork restoration and repair.
·Strong awareness of health and safety procedures in construction environments.
·CSCS card or relevant certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
·Confined Space Training Certification.
·First Aid Certification.
·SMSTS or SSSTS qualification (preferred but not essential).
