We are gearing up for our most exciting and challenging Asset Management Period yet, known as AMP8, which will see us deliver a larger programme of work than ever before. We will focus on nature-based solutions like wetlands and urban drainage schemes.

Role Overview: Lead Infrastructure Engineer
As the Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you will review civil and pipeline engineering works related to potable water and water recycling infrastructure projects. You will provide design support, ensuring all designs meet current standards and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design and technical managers to track milestones and review dates.
- Work with principal engineers to improve design standards and calculations.
- Review project drawings, calculations, and change requests for compliance and timeliness.
- Lead design review meetings and contribute to safety and commissioning strategies.
- Maintain quality using Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows and support discipline engineers.
- Promote innovative technologies and adhere to MAS standards.
- Mentor engineers to develop skills and standard procedures.
Skills, Experience, and Behaviours:
- Degree in water/wastewater engineering or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in designing potable and wastewater pipelines, quality assurance, and risk management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Experience in providing technical leadership across project portfolios.
