Job Description:
- Responsibilities:
- Develop business growth through sourcing, generating, and building new business for OTM.
- Understand the OTM suite of products and how they support our customers\’ needs.
- Identify new sales leads and contact potential clients.
- Meet with new and existing clients in person.
- Negotiate business terms with clients.
- Collaborate with senior team members to manage risks and communicate results.
- Build communication skills and product knowledge to pitch to clients effectively.
- Represent OTM at industry events and network with property professionals.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales success, preferably in online marketplaces, portals, or B2B environments.
- Experience in maintaining and growing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and objection handling skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with metrics.
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Consultative selling and account management skills.
- Ability to navigate organizational decision-making processes.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Driving Record check.
