You will directly report to the Team Leader and successfully manage the accounts. As an Account Manager, working within the Success Team, you will play a crucial role in empowering retailers to achieve success with the clients' products and services. This dynamic role blends account management, customer sales, and consultancy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers within your extensive portfolio.
  • Create and update training materials to facilitate product adoption including conducting regular account reviews to assess needs and provide solutions.
  • Engage with prospects and clients, building a robust pipeline across a range of opportunities.
  • Manage multiple complex sales processes, from identification to successful closure.
  • Articulate the value of the solutions in comparison to competitive products.
  • Assume responsibility for the overall territory and execute a strategic go-to-market plan.
  • Build deeper, more strategic, and sustainable relationships with existing customers.
The Requirements
  • Proven ability to maintain and develop positive client relationships over time.
  • Talented consultative salesperson, continuously seeking new opportunities with existing clients.
  • 3+ years experience in SaaS Sales as an Account Manager, hitting targets + KPIs.
  • Quick to adapt to new software such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Google Analytics and Ads, and Cloud POS.
  • Willingness to travel between offices and to visit customers.
