Commercial Insurance Broker

We’re currently seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker to join a well-established and growing brokerage.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in managing a portfolio of commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring exceptional client care.
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise confidently with underwriters and insurers to negotiate competitive terms.
- Provide expert technical advice to clients on a range of commercial insurance products.
- Work closely with the MD to support and enhance client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial insurance broking.
- Cert CII qualification required; DIP CII preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and the broking market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
Additional Information:
- This is an office-based role (no hybrid working) as you’ll be supporting the MD directly.
