Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Corporate Guest Services Manager to oversee our brand-new welcome teams based with an accounting and consulting firm.
Reporting into the Guest Services Manager for the south, The Successful Regional Manager for the north will oversee our Welcome Teams and provide strategic welcome assistance to our location Managers, ensuring that we deliver five-star service across our Glasgow, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Leicester, Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield and Leeds based teams.
Hours: 40 hours per week, as required
Salary: £45,000
Location: The successful candidate for this position can be based out of Manchester. However, travel to all locations will be necessary.
Qualifications
The Regional Manager will be an experienced Senior Manager who has managed a large team within a corporate or five-star hospitality environment. They will have an inspirational and motivational character and relish the opportunity to assist and develop our people.
Alongside their HR and management experience, the Regional Manager will need to demonstrate excellent time management skills to find the perfect balance between their management duties and operational duties.
Innovative ideas will come naturally to the successful candidate, who will thrive on reviewing, creating and implementing processes to improve the effectiveness of the service that our teams provide, and ultimately ensuring that our account is always market leading!
Excellent people and communication skills will also be essential to the successful candidate, as they will need to create and maintain excellent relationships with multiple key stakeholders, whilst taking ownership for delivering projects in a busy and everchanging environment.
