Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Reliability Manager to take ownership of our non-production environments—including Development, Staging, and Performance. This role is critical to ensuring that our engineering and QA teams have stable, reliable, and production-representative environments to support continuous integration, testing, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain the health, stability, and configuration of all non-production environments.

Coordinate environment refreshes, data resets, and configuration updates in alignment with development and release cycles.

Serve as the primary point of contact for environment-related issues, outages, and requests.

Plan and manage the provisioning and decommissioning of environments as needed.

Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure environments mirror production where appropriate.

Monitor environment usage, capacity, and performance; proactively address bottlenecks or inconsistencies.

Maintain documentation of environment configurations, access controls, and dependencies.

Enforce environment governance, including naming conventions, versioning, and deployment standards.

Support environment access management and coordinate environment availability for testing and development teams.

Drive automation and standardization across environment provisioning and configuration where feasible.

Participate in release planning to align environment availability with delivery timelines.

Qualifications

Qualifications

3+ years experience in environment management, DevOps, or infrastructure operations.

Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS andAzure.

Familiarity with container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python).

Exceptional communication and coordination skills across technical teams.

Understanding of software development and release lifecycles.

Experience with test data management is a plus.
