Are you an experienced CDM Principal Designer looking for a role where you can step straight in, take the lead and make an immediate impact? This is a senior position within a growing consultancy that is exceptionally busy across a varied portfolio of UK projects. The Opportunity: You will join a close-knit CDM team of three, covering the South, the Midlands and the North. With significant growth planned, this senior role places you in an ideal position to progress into team leadership in the near future. The culture is collaborative, supportive and delivery focused. They want someone who can hit the ground running, integrate quickly with the team and work with confidence across multiple schemes. Project Portfolio: You will work across a broad mix of projects, including: New builds and refurbishments Commercial offices Industrial warehouses School and education estates Housing developments Roads and infrastructure Large, long-term legacy schemes This variety offers consistent challenge, sector exposure and the chance to work on complex, high-value projects. The Role: Acting as Principal Designer across live schemes Advising clients on their duties under CDM 2015 Leading on design risk management and compliance Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders Supporting, guiding and mentoring the wider CDM team Playing a key part in shaping the future direction of the CDM function This is a fully remote position, with site travel as required.
