With warm and thoughtful care, we help our clients live their best lives. We prioritise quality care with a minimum of one-hour visit time, allowing our Care Assistants to focus on the overall health and well-being of every client without feeling rushed. Availability: We offer both part time and full time contracts with a minimum of 12 hours per week up to 40 hours per week. Comprehensive Training: No prior experience in domiciliary care or residential care? No problem! All training will be provided. Competitive Pay: Enjoy competitive pay rates of up to £14.00 per hour. Casual/Smart Dress Code: No uniforms requiredjust dress comfortably and professionally. Responsibilities: As a Care Assistant, youll play a crucial role in supporting clients in their own homes. Your tasks may include: Personal care Home help Assisting with medication Meal preparation Providing companionship Promoting independence Work as part of a team, effectively communication with the office team as well as other care professionals. Reliable Transport: Access to a reliable form of transport (such as a car) is essential Availability: Commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week Location: Be based in or around Ards area.
