About Our Client:
Our client is bespoke Contractor with a turnover of £30 million are seeking for an Estimator to join their growing team. Based in East London this client is growing from strength to strength and is seeking a candidate who has worked on
The Role:
Taking full financial account of projects from start to finish.
Tendering
Negotiate tenders
Liaise with sub-contractors from day one through to final accounts
Build relationships.
First Principal tendering
The ideal candidate must have:
- Experience working as an Estimator/Pre-Construction Manager for a Main Contractor
- Must have a minimum of 5-10years experience
- Degree qualified in a relevant field such as Commercial Management
- Exceptional commercial acumen.
It is desirable to have:
- Worked on interior fit out projects sub £10m.
